How to Advantage Play “Winner’s Wave” by Spielo

Apologies for the glare & blurriness of the pic. The text on the right explains Winner’s Wave & reads “increase your multiplier with every winning spin!”

Today I’m writing a post on an advantage play slot machine that I don’t believe was very common when it first came out & it definitely isn’t common today. Classic advantage play machines like S&H Green Stamps are rare to find these days. Slot machines with the “Winner’s Wave” feature fall in the same boat.

The Winner’s Wave feature was attached to a machine titled “Treasures of the Pyramids II” by Spielo. I am not aware of Winner’s Wave being a feature on other Spielo machines or if it was a Treasures of the Pyramids II exclusive. Nevertheless, the concept is a simple one. A winning spin would result in the multiplier for any hits on the next spin to go up. Get a good run of winning spins & the multiplier could go to as high as 10x. Therefore being fortunate to get a 5 of a kind or blackout type hit with a high multiplier would pay extremely well. On the flipside a losing spin moves the multiplier down.

Get up to a 10x multiplier.

How do I advantage play & “beat” Winner’s Wave?

I played this machine if the multiplier is higher than 2x. Obviously the higher the multiplier the better. As soon as the multiplier goes down to 2x, I was done & got off the machine.

The only video or image I was able to find online. As you can see it’s kinda meh.

In conclusion, Winner’s Wave was never a popular advantage machine and to be honest I can see why as the game is hard to bonus & doesn’t hold a player’s interest. No slot hustler ever goes to the casino thinking that they have to go check on them as soon as they arrive. But it provides a potential edge particularly when the multiplier is high, which is what all advantage slot players are interested in.
